S.Mereghetti for the IBAS Localization Team communicates:

Offline analysis of the INTEGRAL data regarding the possible GRB detected
on 2003-02-28 at 21:52:44.4008 UTC (IBAS Alert Packet n.129) reveal
that this trigger was a false event not related to a GRB.
