MASTER-SAAO reobserved MASTER OT J095503.19-355149.4. The OT 
becomes brighter on 0.8 during ~1day, m_OT=17.3 on 2016-02-26 18:44:29.023 
(from 18.1 on 2016-02-25 21:43:00.902UT)

So this OT is not connected with FERMI GBM TRIGGER NUM 478121069 (possible 
dwarf nova, amplitude more then 4.7mag)
