Li and D. Xu  report:\r\n\r\nWe  observed  GRB 160131A (Page et al. GCN 18951)  with\r\n60cm WFT telescope at 10:29:14UT,  about 127 min after the burst.\r\nThe optical afterglow (Page et a.., GCN 18951, YurKov et al., GCN 18952,\r\nGuidorzi et al., GCN 18953,  Xin et al., 18954) was  detected \r\nin our white and R-band  images.  The brightness of the optical afterglow \r\nis about 15.85 mag at the mid time  of 127.5 min afer the burst,  calibrated by \r\nthe USNO B1.0 star (RA=05:12:39.8  DEC=-7:02:02  R2=15.51mag).\r\n \r\nObservations are continuing\r\n\r\nThe message may be cited.",
