Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on behalf of the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, Mars Odyssey (HEND and GRS), HETE-FREGATE, and Konus-Wind\nobserved this GRB (GCN 1648).  We have confirmed the error box given in\nGCN 1648 and reduced it to an ~ 20. sq. arcmin. error box fully\ncontained within the original one.
