V. Pelassa and S. Xiong (UAH) report on behalf of
the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:

�The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 406351590 / 131117143
at 03:26:27.98 UT on 17 November 2013, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to local particles."
