V. Pelassa (UAH) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 398555975 / 130818916
at 21:59:32.73 UT on 18 August 2013, tentatively classified as a GRB, is in fact
not due  to a GRB. This trigger is due to local particles."
