MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru)
located in Blagoveschensk was pointed to the GRB121123A 100 sec after
GRB time at 2012-11-23 10:04:21.926 UT.
On our first (20s exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient
within SWIFT error-box (Helder et. al., GCN13982).
The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 16.5 mag
The field was observed at large (more than 70 deg.) zenith distance.
