Y. Terada, T. Murakami, and K. Makishima, on behalf of the Suzaku WAM
team, report:
The long GRB 121118A with a single short bright peak has been observed
by Konus-Wind, Fermi(GBM: trigger 374939337), INTEGRAL(SPI-ACS),
Suzaku(WAM), and MESSENGER(GRNS), so far, at about 49734 s UT (13:48:54).
We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose
coordinates are:
---------------------------------------------
RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg
---------------------------------------------
Center:
299.379 (19h 57m 31s) +65.654 (+65d 39' 16")
Corners:
296.557 (19h 46m 14s) +67.903 (+67d 54' 12")
297.432 (19h 49m 44s) +66.848 (+66d 50' 53")
301.756 (20h 07m 01s) +63.386 (+63d 23' 11")
301.156 (20h 04m 37s) +64.447 (+64d 26' 48")
---------------------------------------------
The error box area is 0.91 sq. deg, and its maximum dimension is 5.0 deg
(the minimum one is 1.1 deg).
This box can be improved.
The time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming GCN Circular.
