All the GCN Circulars (12,500+) are now available in a tarfile.
This single file is convenient if you want to 'mine' the Circulars
for information.  The tarfile is updated 1 or 2 minutes after midnight
US_East_Coast time every day.  The link is near the bottom
of the main Circulars archive page.
